Tell us what it is doing, not what you think is wrong
You do not need to diagnose it before you call. Describe what is happening — it will not switch on, it freezes when we open the till system, the printer stopped after the power went — and we will work out where the fault actually is.

Connection problems
Half of what looks like a computer fault is actually the internet line. We can check both.
Camera systems
CCTV that will not come up on your phone is usually a network or setup issue, not a broken camera.
Till and card equipment
If your POS or card terminal has stopped talking to the network, that is the same kind of job.
IT work is quoted per job
PC support and troubleshooting are charged per job, because a five-minute software fix and a full workstation rebuild are not the same thing. We will tell you what it involves before we start.
